Payment: Grill Wraps™ can be ordered through the secure server on this site. Some of our customers prefer to order by phone or fax. We can accommodate your preference. Cove Point Canvas accepts all major credit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We process all credit cards through PayPal for your security and protection. Sales tax is not collected unless your purchase is made in the State of Rhode Island.

 No Risk Guarantee  You can always be totally at ease when doing business with us. We will always refund our customers (within 30 days) their full purchase price should they not be entirely satisfied with their Grill Wrap.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We attempt to have the latest and most accurate information possible on availability, policy and pricing but reserve the right to make changes as market conditions change.

Secure Transactions - We want to assure you that every purchase you make from Cove Point is a secure transaction. Once you are finished shopping and move on to our "checkout" area, you will be transferred to our secure server, which will encode your credit card information and deliver it only to us.
Shipping Information - Most orders will be shipped between 1-2 weeks after your order is received. All Grill Wraps are custom made upon order, we will do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Cove Point will ship your items via UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless specified otherwise. 
Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt - open your package and inspect upon receipt.

Return/Exchange Policy: Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We do our very best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability. Before returning an item, you must get a Return Authorization number (to ensure proper tracking of your return). Any unused, resalable merchandise in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt (less the shipping cost). A 15% restocking fee may apply when returning certain items. Our customer service representatives can give you more information. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt - open your package and inspect upon receipt.

Purchasers will be refunded their purchase price less the actual original shipping costs to the customer. Cove Point Canvas assumes the "ship to" costs ("free shipping") only on purchases that are not returned.
Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways.
Defective merchandise after 15 day period is under warranty. If you should receive any item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can either replace the item at our expense, or refund your purchase in full.

Sales Tax- Tax will only be collected if merchandise is being shipped to the state of Rhode Island
