Ordering Information:

 

What “size” to order?

Email us a photo or send us a web link of your grill, smoker, outdoor kitchen island, etc. (Cell phone photos are fine). Just email the brand and model as we probably have made a cover.
• Measure your grill across the front (length) and front to back (depth. If you are not sure call or e-mail and we will assist you in ordering the correct size.

Choice of Sizes:

We will make a cover for any model or size of Grill, Smoker or Island:

• Weber, Charbroil, Vermont Casting, Big Green Eggs, GE, Sam’s Members Mark, Kamado, Ducane, Kingsford,DCS, TEC, Lynx, MHP, New Braunfels, Kenmore, Jennaire, Thermador, Sunshine, Viking, Barbeques Galore, Bull Islands, etc.
• Engelbrecht, Gator Pit, Lang. Klose
• Charcoal, Wood, Gas or Electric
• Rectangular, Winged, Square or Round
• Full length or 1/2 length from 2 feet to 55 feet.

Special Requests and Built-in Islands

• If you have your own design, fit style, or want a GrillWraps™ covers for other items, email us.
• We need the dimensions, brief description and any other information you can offer. Pictures are great! We will respond promptly with an estimate.

Shipping:

• All GrillWraps™ are custom made upon order. However, we will do our best to ship it as soon as we can.
• We offer FREE SHIPPING! on all GrillWraps™ (Within the Continental USA)
• We Ship UPS & USPS Priority Mail, unless specified otherwise. Overnight & 2-Day delivery is available for an extra fee.
• Most orders will be shipped between 2-4 weeks after your order is received.
• We send an email notification upon shipment and will include the tracking number.

Payment:

GrillWraps™ can be ordered through a secure order link we will send you. Some of our customers prefer to order by phone or fax. We can accommodate your preference. We accept all major credit cards – American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We process all credit cards through PayPal for your security and protection. Sales tax is not collected unless your purchase is made in the State of Rhode Island.

No Risk Guarantee:

You can feel totally at ease when doing business with us. We always refund our customers (within 30 days) their full purchase price should they not be entirely satisfied with their GrillWraps™.

“The Fine Print”

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We attempt to have the latest and most accurate information possible on availability, policy and pricing but reserve the right to make changes as market conditions change.

Secure Transactions:

We want to assure you that every purchase you make from Cove Point, LLC is a secure transaction.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt. Therefore, open your package and inspect upon receipt.

Before returning an item, you must get a Return Authorization number (to ensure proper tracking of your return). Any unused, resalable merchandise in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt (less the shipping cost).

A 15% restocking fee may apply when returning certain items. Our customer service representatives can give you more information.

Purchasers will be refunded their purchase price less the actual original shipping costs to the customer. Cove Point LLC assumes the “ship to” costs (“free shipping”) only on purchases that are not returned.

Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways.

Defective merchandise after 15-day period is under warranty. If you should receive any item that is “defective on arrival”, please contact us immediately so we can either replace the item at our expense, or refund your purchase in full.

Sales Tax:

Tax will only be collected if merchandise is being shipped to the state of Rhode Island.
